Description
For the urban highways in major Iranian cities, especially Tehran, Isfahan, Mashhad, and Tabriz, there is a need for changes in the number of traffic lanes during peak traffic hours. This system should be implemented while adhering to the principles of traffic guidance and driving standards set by the national highway authority. It should have the capability to intelligently and centrally detect traffic volume and obstacles during lane changes.
